Instructions for use for LEDERLIND Healing paste, 50 g

Lederlind healing paste with the active ingredient nystatin is used to treat skin infections caused by yeast fungi. These include fungal infections of the skin, in the folds of the body, on the palms of the hands, between the toes and fingers and on the nail wall. The paste is applied 2 to 3 times a day, in infants even up to 5 times a day after each diaper change. The application period is usually 6 days, but can be extended up to 8-10 days for treatment success. Overdoses are not known due to the limited topical application and the studies to date. The paste should not be used if there is an allergy to nystatin or the other ingredients. It may interfere with the safety of condoms when used in the genital or anal area. There are no known risks during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Side effects have rarely occurred. The commercial form contains 100,000 I.U./g of nystatin and is available in a pack of ABANTA PHARMA .
