Dosage
Always take this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.The recommended dose for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is 10 mg once daily, equivalent to one tablet.Children between 6 and 12 years should take half of a tablet, i.e. 5 mg, twice a day.A daily dose of 5 mg is recommended for patients with moderate kidney failure. In the case of severe kidney disease, the dose should be adjusted individually by the doctor.
