Instructions for use for ADICLAIR Ointment, 20 g

Adiclair ointment contains the active ingredient nystatin and is used to treat skin infections with nystatin-sensitive yeast fungi, especially napkin dermatitis. Nystatin acts specifically against infections with Candida albicans and other fungi by binding the cell membranes of the fungi, inhibiting their growth and destroying the fungal cells. The ointment should be applied 2-3 times a day to the affected area of skin and used for a further 8-10 days once the disease has subsided. The recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Adiclair ointment should be stored at room temperature and kept out of reach of children. The manufacturer of the medicinal product is Ardeypharm GmbH.
