Contraindications

This medicine must not be used if you are allergic to clotrimazole or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Dosage

Always use the medicine exactly as directed. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is: The cream is applied thinly to the affected areas 2 to 3 times a day and rubbed in.A small amount of cream is usually sufficient for an area about the size of a palm.

The duration of treatment varies and depends on the extent and location of the disease. In order to achieve complete healing, treatment with the cream should not be stopped after the acute inflammatory symptoms or subjective complaints have subsided, but should be continued for a treatment period of at least 4 weeks.Pityriasis versicolor generally heals in 1 - 3 weeks and erythrasma in 2 - 4 weeks. In the case of athlete's foot - in order to prevent relapses - treatment should be continued for approx. 2 weeks after all signs of the disease have disappeared, despite rapid subjective improvement. After each wash, your feet should be dried thoroughly.

If you forget to use it, continue treatment with the amount prescribed or as stated in the dosage instructions. If you stop use, continue treatment as usual.Try to stick to the treatment consistently, as stopping it prematurely jeopardizes the success of the treatment. If you have any further questions about using the medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
