Macrogol beta plus electrolytes Powder for oral solution is used for the treatment of chronic constipation in adults and children aged 12 years and over. It contains the active ingredients macrogol 3350, sodium chloride, sodium hydrogen carbonate and potassium chloride. The medicine softens stools and promotes easier passage while regulating the levels of sodium, potassium and water in the body. It is recommended to read the package leaflet and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or side effects. Macrogol beta plus electrolytes is not suitable for children under 12 years of age and may cause side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort. It should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, intestinal obstruction, narrowing of the digestive tract, gastric or intestinal rupture, toxic megacolon or inflammatory bowel disease.
