This medicine contains 75 mg of acetylsalicylic acid as the active ingredient.The excipients include microcrystalline cellulose, Eudragit L 100-55, lactose 1-water, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid, talc and triethyl citrate.
Area of application
This medicine acts as an antiplatelet agent by preventing blood platelets from sticking together and clumping together, thereby preventing the formation of blood clots.It is used in the following cases:
For unstable angina pectoris, a form of heart pain due to circulatory problems in the coronary arteries, as part of standard therapy.Also as part of standard therapy for acute heart attacks.To prevent another heart attack after the first heart attack.After surgery or other procedures on arterial blood vessels to avoid complications.To prevent temporary lack of blood flow to the brain and cerebral infarctions after precursor stages such as temporary paralysis or loss of vision have occurred.
Note: This preparation is not suitable for the treatment of pain conditions.If you don't feel better or even feel worse, please contact your doctor.

Contraindications
This medicine must not be taken if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid, salicylates or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.Its use is also contraindicated if you have had a previous allergic reaction to certain painkillers, antipyretics or anti-inflammatory drugs (salicylates or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) with asthma attacks or other allergic symptoms.Furthermore, the drug must not be used in the case of acute stomach and intestinal ulcers, pathologically increased bleeding tendency, liver and kidney failure, severe heart muscle weakness that is not controlled by medication or when simultaneously taking 15 mg or more methotrexate per week.In the last three months of pregnancy, a dosage of more than 100 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day should be avoided.
Dosage
Always take this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.The recommended dose is:
For unstable angina pectoris and acute heart attack, a daily dose of 1 tablet 75 mg (corresponding to 75 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day) up to a maximum of 100 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day is recommended.To prevent another heart attack after the first heart attack, a daily dose of 4 75 mg tablets (equivalent to 300 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day) is recommended.After operations or other interventions on arterial blood vessels, a daily dose of 1 tablet of 75 mg up to 100 mg of acetylsalicylic acid per day is also recommended.The most appropriate time to start treatment with 75 mg after aortocoronary vein bypass appears to be 24 hours after surgery.To prevent temporary lack of blood circulation in the brain and cerebral infarctions, a daily dose of 1 tablet of 75 mg up to a maximum of 100 mg of acetylsalicylic acid per day is also recommended.
The medicine is intended for long-term use.The treating doctor decides on the duration of use.
If you take more than you should, dizziness and ringing in the ears, especially in children and the elderly, may be signs of serious poisoning.If you suspect an overdose, please notify your doctor immediately.If you have taken too little or forgotten a dose, do not take double the amount next time, but continue taking it as described in the dosage instructions or as prescribed by your doctor.Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.

Intake
Please take the tablets whole, preferably at least 30 minutes before a meal, with plenty of water.To treat an acute heart attack, the first tablet should be bitten or chewed.
Patient information
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the product if you are hypersensitive to other painkillers and anti-inflammatory medicines, other medicines for rheumatism or other allergy-causing substances. Also if you are taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs at the same time, if you have other allergies, if you have bronchial asthma, hay fever, swollen nasal mucous membranes or chronic respiratory diseases, if you are treated with anticoagulant drugs at the same time, if you have a history of stomach and intestinal ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding, if you have impaired liver function, impaired kidney function or reduced cardiac and vascular blood flow, and before operations.Acetylsalicylic acid can decrease uric acid excretion and increase the risk of a gout attack.If there is an injury, it may take longer for bleeding to stop.Medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid should not be used for a longer period of time or in higher doses without consulting your doctor.In children and adolescents with feverish illnesses, the medicine should only be used on medical advice.
No special precautions are required for the ability to drive and use machines.
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.If you continue or start treatment with this product during pregnancy on the advice of your doctor, use the product as recommended by your doctor and do not take a higher dose than prescribed.
In the last trimester of pregnancy, you should not take more than 100 mg of the drug per day as this could harm your unborn child or cause problems during birth.It can cause kidney and heart problems in your unborn baby and affect the birth process.If you take the drug in low doses, you need close obstetric monitoring.
You should not take this medicine during the first six months of pregnancy unless absolutely necessary and recommended by your doctor.The dosage should be as low as possible and over as short a period of time as possible.If you take the product for more than a few days after the 20th week of pregnancy, it may cause kidney problems in your unborn baby.
The active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid and its breakdown products pass into breast milk in small quantities.With a daily dose of up to 150 mg, interruption of breastfeeding is usually not necessary.If higher doses are taken, breastfeeding should be discontinued.
