Application

To insert the soft tampon, hands should be washed and the product removed from the packaging.It can be moistened with a little lubricant or clean water to make insertion easier.The optimal position for insertion is, for example, squatting or sitting on the toilet.The tampon is grasped on the side with two fingers, squeezed and inserted with your fingers into the hollow on the underside until it nestles against the cervix.

To remove the soft tampon, you should wash your hands and assume a wide squatting position.Gently pressing will push the tampon out and the grip tab can be grasped with a finger to pull the tampon out.The soft tampon should be changed at regular intervals and should be worn for a maximum of 8 hours.The manufacturer recommends changing after 4 to 6 hours.If there is heavy bleeding, the soft tampons should be changed about every 3 to 5 hours.
