Application

Introduce:

Wash your hands thoroughly before use.Remove the tampon from the packaging and, if necessary, moisten it with a little lubricant or clean water to make insertion easier.Squeeze out the water to maintain absorbency.Get into a comfortable position, such as squatting or sitting on the toilet.Grip the side of the tampon with two fingers, squeeze it and insert your fingers into the hollow at the bottom.The tampon fits perfectly when it hugs the cervix.

Remove:

Wash your hands thoroughly before removing the tampon.Take a comfortable position, preferably squatting with your legs apart.Squeeze slightly to push the tampon out.Grip the handle tab with one finger and pull out the tampon.

Wearing time:

Change the soft tampon at regular intervals.Adjust the wearing time to the changing strength of your menstruation.The wearing time should be a maximum of 8 hours, but the manufacturer recommends changing after 4 to 6 hours.If you have heavy bleeding, you should change the soft tampons about every 3 to 5 hours.Reduce the risk of infection by changing the soft tampon immediately after visiting a swimming pool or having intimate sex without a condom.

Notes

The soft tampon cannot be removed:

Squat down and, as you would with a bowel movement, press hard to push the tampon down.Leave the tampon in the vagina a little longer so that it can become saturated.A relaxing bath can also help.Soft tampons are not contraceptives and can be used safely with condoms.If you have a coil inserted, you should consult your doctor.If you are unable to remove the soft tampon, consult a gynecologist.

Instructions for use:

Never use the soft tampons multiple times, as the optimal effect is only achieved with a single use and multiple use can lead to infections.Store the tampons in their original packaging and protect them from light.Discoloration does not represent a defect. Dispose of the soft tampon in household waste and not in the toilet.
