DEUMAVAN® Protective Ointment Lavender is a medical product that was specially developed for the external intimate and anal area.It was developed by gynecologist Professor Dr.Eiko E. Petersen designed and can be used for various complaints of sensitive skin in these areas.The protective ointment relieves burning, itching and soreness in dry and damaged intimate skin, protects the skin from lesions and irritations caused by mechanical stress and supports the skin barrier in protecting it from external influences.It is suitable for short-term and long-term daily use and can also be used alongside drug therapy if recommended by a doctor.

DEUMAVAN® Protective Ointment Lavender contains the following ingredients: Paraffinum Liquidum, Petrolatum, Paraffin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Linalool.

The protective ointment contains only fats and oils of high-purity pharmaceutical quality.It is free of emulsifiers, preservatives, alcohol, colorings and hormones.In addition, there are no fragrances, which makes them hypoallergenic and therefore also suitable for highly sensitive and allergy-prone skin in the anogenital area.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.

Dosage

DEUMAVAN® Protective Ointment Lavender can be applied as a local protection to the entire external anogenital area, including the external female and male genitals, the perineum and the anal area.The frequency and duration of application depend on needs.Application several times a day, also for prevention, is recommended.

The protective ointment can be applied:

As preventative and sustainable protection before and after mechanical stress.After washing.Before and after bowel movements and urination.Before and after exercise.As accompanying support for skin changes.Before and after sexual contact.

DEUMAVAN® Protective Ointment Lavender is a medical product for daily local, external protection of the entire intimate area.It is used to relieve symptoms such as itching, burning, redness, swelling, dryness and soreness and to prevent lesions and irritation during sexual contact and other mechanical stress.It is recommended not to use latex condoms, but instead use polyurethane or AT-10.
