Thomapyrin TENSION DUO 400 mg/100 mg film-coated tablets are an effective painkiller for the short-term treatment of acute, moderately severe pain such as toothache or headache in adults. The tablet contains 400 mg ibuprofen and 100 mg caffeine, making it fast-acting and effective. The combination of the two active ingredients produces a 36% faster and 40% stronger effect compared to a monopreparation with only ibuprofen. Thomapyrin TENSION DUO is well tolerated, gluten- and lactose-free and vegan. It can be taken as needed and should not be used for longer than 3 days. The recommended single dose is 1 tablet, the maximum total daily dose is 3 tablets. It should be taken with sufficient liquid. The medicine should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, certain diseases and during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
