Desloratadine-ADGC 5 mg film-coated tablets contain desloratadine as the active ingredient.Each tablet contains 5 mg desloratadine.Other ingredients include calcium hydrogen phosphate-2-water, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, talc, magnesium stearate, hypromellose 2910, macrogol 400, titanium dioxide and indigodisulfonic acid aluminum salt.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage

The recommended dose of desloratadine-ADGC is one tablet once daily for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over.

Intake

The recommended dosage is one tablet once daily with water, with or without food.This medicine is to be taken orally.The tablet should be swallowed whole (unchewed).

Patient information

Please talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse before taking this medicine if you have impaired kidney function or if you have a medical history or a family history of seizures.Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years of age.

If you take the recommended dosage, this medicine is not expected to affect your ability to drive or use machines.Although most people do not experience drowsiness, it is recommended that you avoid activities that require mental alertness until your personal response to the medicine has been established.
