Ingredients

The injection solution contains the following active ingredients: 1000 ml contains 9.0 g of sodium chloride.The solution also contains water for injection purposes.Per milliliter of the solution contains 0.154 ml of sodium (Na+) and 0.154 ml of chloride (Cl-).

Areas of application

This solution is used for fluid and electrolyte replacement in hypochloremic alkalosis and chloride losses.It also serves as a short-term intravascular volume replacement for hypotonic and isotonic dehydration.
