Directions for use of the article Doppelherz aktiv Melatonin + Magnesium 400 tablets: Doppelherz Melatonin + Magnesium is a food supplement containing a combination of 1 mg melatonin, 400 mg magnesium, lemon balm leaf extract and vitamin B6. Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by the body and helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Magnesium supports normal muscle function and vitamin B6 supports the nervous system. The product should be taken shortly before bedtime with sufficient liquid. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. It should be stored in a dry place, not above 25 °C and out of the reach of small children. Persons suffering from certain diseases or taking medication should consult their doctor or pharmacist before consumption.
