Application:

Doppelherz system Melatonin+Hemp Oil capsules are intended to be taken before bedtime. They contain 1 mg melatonin, a naturally occurring sleep hormone that can shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. In addition, they contain hemp seed oil, which is extracted from the seeds of the cannabis plant.

Recommended consumption:

1 Capsule is taken with sufficient liquid shortly before going to bed. No alcohol should be consumed as this can impair the effect of melatonin. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

Storage:

The capsules should be stored in a dry place, not above 25°C, out of the reach of small children.

Ingredients:

The capsules contain hemp seed oil, gelatine (bovine), humectant glycerol, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, humectant sorbitol, emulsifier soya lecithins, stabiliser beeswax yellow, pantothenic acid, colouring iron oxides and iron hydroxides, melatonin, vitamin B1.

Contains soya lecithins.

Further references:

Melatonin should only be taken for a short time and for a maximum of 3 weeks.
