exoderil® cream - the rescue for foot and skin fungus
exoderil® cream works quickly and intensively and is also moisturizing.The cream is particularly well tolerated, so that a reduction in symptoms can be observed after just a few days.It is best used in the evening.
The unique active ingredient naftifin in exoderil® cream has a fungicidal effect, i.e. kills fungi, against dermatophytes and molds and is still excellently tolerated.

Area of application
exoderil® cream is a treatment against fungal skin infections, known as dermatomycoses.These infections are caused by dermatophytes, yeasts and molds as well as mixed infections with bacteria.
Mode of action
The active ingredient naftifine hydrochloride in exoderil® cream damages the cell membrane of the fungi.As a result, the cell envelope loses its functionality and becomes more permeable to nutrients.The fungal cells begin to starve, inhibiting their growth.Further damage to the inside of the cells causes the fungi to die.Naftifine hydrochloride is also effective against some bacteria and has anti-inflammatory properties.

exoderil® cream contains the active ingredient naftifine hydrochloride.1 gram of cream contains 10 milligrams of naftifine hydrochloride.
The other ingredients are sodium hydroxide, benzyl alcohol, sorbitan stearate, cetyl palmitate, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, isopropyl myristate and purified water.
Contraindications
If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.
Dosage
exoderil® cream is applied thinly to the affected skin areas once a day, preferably in the evening, and rubbed in.

Patient information
The medicine should not get into the eye.Store drug out of reach of children.
Pregnancy
Before using any medicines, you should ask your doctor or pharmacy for advice.When used on the skin, the active ingredient naftifine is only absorbed into the body to a very small extent, so a systemic effect is not to be expected.Nevertheless, the preparation should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after careful risk-benefit assessment.
Notes
Contains stearyl alcohol and cetyl alcohol.Do not bring into eyes.Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
Symptoms, such as itching, usually improve within a few days.However, be sure to continue treatment for 1-2 weeks after all symptoms of the disease have subsided in order to avoid a recurrence of the fungal disease.
The duration of treatment depends on the causative agent of the disease, its extent and the region of the body affected.Please seek medical advice.
