This medicine contains the active ingredients ibuprofen in two dosage forms: 684 mg ibuprofen as lysine salt and 400 mg ibuprofen.In addition, it contains various excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose, copovidone, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, Opadry II, white, poly(vinyl alcohol), titanium dioxide, macrogol 3350 and talc.These ingredients contribute to the stability and delivery of the medication.

Area of application

The medicine is used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain such as headaches, toothaches and period pains, as well as to relieve fever.It is suitable for adults and teenagers with a body weight of 40 kg or more (from 12 years).The active ingredient ibuprofen belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs/anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAR) that relieve pain and fever.

Contraindications

This medicine must not be taken if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients.Its use is also contraindicated if there is a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation in connection with NSAR-therapy, if there are existing or repeated stomach/duodenal ulcers or bleeding, and if there is an allergic reaction to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAR .Furthermore, the drug must not be taken in cases of severe liver or kidney dysfunction, severe heart muscle weakness, cerebral hemorrhage, other active bleeding, severe dehydration or during the last three months of pregnancy.

Dosage

Always take the medicine exactly as described in the instructions for use or after consulting your doctor or pharmacist.The lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest duration.Adults and adolescents weighing 40 kg or more (12 years and older) can take an initial dose of 1 tablet (400 mg).If necessary, the dose can be repeated every 6 hours, but not more than 3 tablets (1,200 mg) in 24 hours.The medicine is not intended for children under 12 years or adolescents weighing less than 40 kg and is only suitable for short-term use.If you take it for a long time or if symptoms worsen, you should seek medical advice.

Intake

The medicine is intended to be taken orally.Take the tablets with a glass of water.Patients with a sensitive stomach are advised to take the product during meals.
