FemiLoges 4 mg are enteric-coated tablets used to relieve psychological and neurovegetative symptoms during menopause. The complaints include hot flushes, sweats, sleep disturbances, depressive moods and anxiety. FemiLoges contains the active ingredient rhapontic rhubarb root dry extract and is hormone-free. The tablets are taken once a day and are well tolerated. They work similarly to hormone therapy for hot flushes, but without hormone-typical side effects. The extract of Siberian rhubarb root from which FemiLoges is made is a herbal alternative to hormonal preparations with proven efficacy. FemiLoges may also be suitable for long-term use. Side effects are rare and consist mainly of hypersensitivity reactions of the skin. It should be taken at least half an hour before breakfast or 1 to 2 hours before a meal. FemiLoges should only be used after consulting a doctor and should not be taken for longer than 4 months without medical advice. Caution is advised in case of intolerance to lactose and sucrose. In general, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist before using FemiLoges, especially if you are already taking other medicines. FemiLoges should be stored away from heat. The tablets are not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
