Directions for use of the article Ocutears Hydro+ eye drops single-dose pipettes: Ocutears Hydro+ is a moisturising eye drop solution based on highly concentrated cross-linked sodium hyaluronate (0.4%). It is used to relieve dry eye symptoms, eye discomfort and to protect the cornea. The product is sterile and free of preservatives. Ocutears Hydro+ is recommended to relieve dry eye symptoms, protect the cornea and provide lasting hydration as a tear substitute. It can also be used when using contact lenses, as well as during prolonged exposure to sunlight, in air-conditioned rooms, prolonged screen use and to relieve post-operative discomfort. The recommended dosage is 1 or 2 drops in each eye. Hands should be washed and hygiene observed before use. The product should be used immediately after opening and disposed of properly after use. It must not be used if the patient is allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. The expiry date on the outer carton should be observed. The product should not be used if the packaging is damaged. It should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be ingested. The tip of the container should not come into contact with the eye. The product should be protected from heat, moisture and direct sunlight and stored at temperatures below 25°C.
