UrgoTül Lite is a thin, absorbent polyurethane foam compress.It has a microadhesive TLC-wound healing matrix and a breathable non-woven polyurethane carrier.This compress promotes wound healing by stimulating the proliferation of local fibroblasts.It also ensures effective exudate management and protects against maceration.The dressing change is atraumatic and painless.

Areas of application

UrgoTül Lite is suitable for low to moderately exuding acute wounds with sensitive wound environments, such as skin abrasions, traumatic wounds, postoperative wounds and second degree burns.The compress can also be used for the local acute treatment of tumor-induced wounds in conjunction with their specific therapy as well as for weakly to moderately exuding chronic wounds, such as lower leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers.

Application

UrgoTül Lite can be cut with sterile scissors to adjust the size of the dressing to the wound.The compress is fixed with a secondary bandage, for example Urgomull haft latex-free or Urgoderm Stretch.UrgoTül Lite can also be used in combination with compression therapy such as UrgoK2.The wearing time is 2 to 7 days.
