Mode of action

The effect of NeoFitoroid is achieved by Helydol, a freeze-dried extract from the purified lipophilic fraction of a specific selection of immortelle, enriched with aloe, butcher's broom, vegetable and essential oils.This extract soothes irritation, protects the mucous membrane and supports its normalization through three mechanisms of action:

Mucoadhesive: Adheres to the mucous membrane and forms a film with a barrier function that protects the mucous membrane from contact with irritants.

Lubricating: Reduces friction during stool passage and protects against irritation and perianal blood congestion.

Antioxidant: Protects the mucous membrane from free radicals.

In addition, NeoFitoroid creates an unfavorable environment for the growth of microorganisms, which provides a further protective effect and reduction of itching.Its refreshing properties ensure quick relief from symptoms.NeoFitoroid contains neither corticosteroids nor anesthetics and does not irritate or dry the mucous membrane.

Contraindications

Dosage

For external use, NeoFitoroid Bio-Ointment should be applied to the anal and perianal area and massaged in lightly.For internal use, screw the designated endorectal cannula onto the tube and apply a sufficient amount to cover the affected area.The product should be used after defecation and after thorough and mild cleansing of the anal and perianal areas.To prevent irritation caused by friction, the treatment should be carried out before defecation, remembering to reapply the product afterwards.After use, the cannula should be unscrewed, cleaned thoroughly with hot water and soap and the ointment tube closed.The application can be repeated several times a day, even at shorter intervals and over a longer period of time.
