Septolete 1.5 mg/ml + 5 mg/ml Spray is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antiseptic medicine for topical use in the oral cavity. It is used in adults, adolescents and children aged 6 years and over for the short-term treatment of irritation of the mouth and throat, the gums and before and after tooth extractions. The spray reduces pain, redness, swelling and difficulty swallowing. It contains benzydamine hydrochloride and cetylpyridinium chloride 1 H2O. Some precautions should be taken before use. Septolete must not be used if you are allergic to the active ingredients or other ingredients of the medicine. Children under 6 years of age should not use the spray as there is a risk of inhalation. Use is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The dosage varies according to age. For children 6-12 years, one spray every 2 hours, 3-5 times daily is recommended.
