Instructions for use of the article Cosmopor Advance 7,2 cm x 5 cm: - Cosmopor Advance is a sterile self-adhesive wound dressing with innovative DryBarrier technology. - DryBarrier technology allows absorption of wound exudate but prevents rewetting, even under pressure. - The dressing consists of soft backing fleece and a highly absorbent wound pad. - The wound contact layer made of polyethylene mesh prevents sticking to the wound. - A transfer layer directs the exudate into the absorbent layer where it is stored to prevent rewetting. - The dressing is skin-friendly and hypoallergenic. - Cosmopor Advance can be used for post-operative wound care as well as for the sterile treatment of minor injuries. - It is particularly suitable for patients with sensitive skin. - The dressing is super padded, self-adhesive and has a high absorption capacity. - Cosmopor Advance is manufactured by PAUL HARTMANN AG .
