It contains lemon balm leaves, hop cones, lavender flowers, camomile flowers, marigold flowers, aniseed and rosemary leaves as medicinally active ingredients. The recommended dosage for adolescents from 12 years and adults is 1 tea bag 2-4 times a day. The tea is poured over boiling water and left to steep for approx. 10-15 minutes. The tea should only be used for longer than 1 week after consulting a doctor. No side effects have been reported so far. The application is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor. Persons with hypersensitivity to the ingredients or certain allergies should not use the medicine. Conscientious dosage is particularly important in infants, young children and the elderly. It should be stored away from heat and moisture and in the dark. A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted if there are any questions about dosage or use. The medicinal product should not be used if there is no improvement in the symptoms after one week or if they recur regularly.
