Directions for use of the article "Arnica tincture Hettrich": Arnica tincture Hettrich is a herbal medicinal product for the external treatment of blunt injuries and muscle or joint pain. It is used for external application for the consequences of injuries and accidents such as bruises, sprains, contusions, bruises, oedema as a result of a broken bone, for rheumatic muscle and joint complaints, furunculosis and inflammation as a result of insect bites as well as superficial phlebitis. It is important to note that arnica tincture Hettrich must not be taken. In the case of persistent, unclear or newly occurring complaints, a doctor should be consulted. For external use, the tincture is diluted with water and applied to the affected part(s) of the body. Accidental contact with mucous membranes, eyes and open skin areas should be avoided. In the case of prolonged or regularly recurring complaints, medical consultation is recommended. An overdose may cause symptoms such as burning and scratching in the mouth and throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, nosebleeds, bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, seizures, disturbances of the heart rhythm, respiratory paralysis and circulatory collapse. An ingestion of 5 to 7 tablespoons full (70 ml) of arnica tincture Hettrich can lead to poisoning, which should be treated medically. Medicinal products should be kept out of reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date which is stated on the label/carton.
