Intended use
The fleece compresses from FIWA vlies are versatile.They are suitable for general wound care, especially for initial care of dirty, infected and exuding wounds.They can also be used as swabs and compresses during minor surgical procedures in the outpatient clinic or on the ward.However, for contact with open wounds, the item must be sterilized in advance using a validated process.
Material composition
The nonwoven compresses consist of 70% viscose and 30% polyester fibers.They are characterized by an open, gauze-like structure that is absorbent, soft and breathable.
