IBU-LYSIN-ratiopharm 293 mg is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine used to treat mild to moderate pain, fever and acute migraine headache. The recommended dose for adolescents 12 years of age and older and adults is 1-4 tablets daily, 6 hours apart, during or after a meal. The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days for fever or migraine headaches and 4 days for other pain. Side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, dizziness and skin rashes may occur. The medicine should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, ulcers in the digestive tract and active bleeding. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor or pharmacist before use. Care should be taken not to exceed the maximum dosage and to keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
