Aluderm consists of an aluminum-coated wound dressing made of polyester fleece and a hydrophobic PP-top layer.It is extremely soft and supple and has a very strong absorbent layer with an absorbency of 1,400 g/m².Aluderm does not stick to the wound, does not fiber, is highly absorbent, breathable and hypoallergenic.It can help with skin formation and healing, is physiologically harmless, contains no optical brighteners and is free of chemical binding agents.
