Indications: MometaHEXAL Hay Fever Spray is used in adults to treat the symptoms of hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis), provided the initial diagnosis of hay fever has been made by a doctor. Warning: Contains benzalkonium chloride. MometaHEXAL Hay Fever Spray is a nasal spray used to treat hay fever. It blocks the substances that cause allergies and relieves the typical symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as a blocked or runny nose. The spray is manufactured by Hexal AG and is well tolerated. The active ingredient mometasone furoate belongs to the glucocorticoids and not only blocks histamine, but also inhibits other inflammatory mediators. As a result, it has an anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effect. MometaHEXAL hay fever spray has a 24-hour effect and is well tolerated. The hay fever spray is used once a day. Before the first use, the spray should be pumped several times until a fine spray comes out. Then two sprays are given into each nostril.
